Project Description:

Zimcare Limited through its Principal Consultant was engaged by the contractor of Executive Leadership Programs – University of Queensland as the coordinator of the stakeholder consultation phase of the stage 1 the Executive Leadership Program under Precinct. The coordinating aspect saw 3 Papua New Guineans and three Australian experts engaged with PNG stakeholders in the design stage of the Executive Leadership program

  1. Solicit key PNG’s government stakeholders input regarding the design of the Executive Leadership Program, under the Prescient

  2. Reports on the stakeholders’ input to guide the design of the program

Stage 1. Prelude: NSPR Procurement Process

  • Establishment of working arrangement with the University of Queensland International Development Section

 

Stage 2. Consultation set up and progress

  • Develop the list of the potential participants in the consultation process

 

Stage 3. Coordination of the consultation process

  • Coordinate the consultation process by the team in PNG and formulate the research or data and report on feed back

 

Stage 4. Analysis and Reporting

  • Report on the consultation to the University of Queensland
