Project Description:

Supreme Industry employs more than 100 personals around all its establishments in Papua New Guinea. Zimcare was previously tasked to assist with the staff employment contract and HR Manual (Revised Version) 3 years ago. At this juncture, the HR Manual is up the review and therefore, Zimcare Ltd is now working to improve that aspect of Supreme Industry’s human resources.

Further to that Zimcare Ltd is also given an added responsibility to develop SI’s Occupational Health and Safety Policy. Both tasks would take a Month to complete.

Stage 4. Review, editing and customization

  • Circulate the draft for editing and contextualization and customization​

 

Stage 5. Finalization of the policy & Submission

  • Final checks before submission to the management.
