Project Description:

Zimcare Limited have signed a partnership agreement with Velocity Global, an American World Wide Human Resources company to its partner in PNG, across the Pacific region and in Auckland, New Zealand.

​

In this service agreement, ZL key project focuses on all the roles and responsibilities as outline the “Partner Employment Organization” Agreement, which directly places ZL to manage all of Velocity employees and its employer burdens service in all countries in the region where Velocity Global’s employees

are.

​

ZL is also working to establish an offshore payroll processing office in Brisbane Australia to administer all VG payroll

requirements across the region.

  1. Maintain Velocity Global Partner Employment Organization operation in

  2. PNG, throughout the Pacific and in Auckland, New Zealand.

  3. Manage all employer burdens and payroll outsourcing service for an on behalf of Velocity Global in PNG and the region.

Key Sections, Stages and Components of Work:

Stage 1. Offshore International office setup and establishment of the backend payroll and employer burden processing system (PEO System)

  • Component 1. Setting up of all regional officers overseas and Queensland

  • processing offshore office

  • Component 2. Complete all backend systems for payroll processing

  • Component 3. Employ, train and dispatch regional staffs

Stage 2. Flow of services

  • Component 4. Test the systems and service flow, competency and effectiveness

  • Component 5. Operate the system and administer payroll along with better management of employer burdens in respective countries of operation

 

Stage 4. Reporting and Continuous improvement focus

  • Reporting and assessment of the flow of systems and invest in continuous improvements
