Restructure and Recruitment of the top and bottom structure positions
Project Description:
This is an ongoing project where Zimcare Limited (ZL) is working with DPM to complete the current restructure and recruitment exercises that DCI is going through since 2019. DCI completed its restructure program and ZL was engaged to carry out the recruitment of the staff into the new structure that was developed.
There are two main components of the recruitment exercise; (a) the top management (top structure) and (b) the bottom structure. For the top-structure, Zimcare Ltd follow on from what the previous recruitment consultants have
done and completed the report for the selection and appointment. However, for the bottom structure, Zimcare Ltd started the whole process from the start to finish.
