Project Description:
DHERST through ADB support coordinated the recruitment of an ADB in Country Project Manager to oversee and implement ADB K200 Plus Million Kina Investment in the development of TVET Education program in the country.
Due to the sensitivity of the recruitment, DHERST outsourced the pre-selection to shortlisting aspects of the recruitment to
Zimcare Limited’ s HR Division.
Applications were registered from all over the world. Zimcare consultants were effectively guided by stringent set of ADB
and DHERST criteria to finally complete the shortlisting effectively.
