Properties & Real Estate Services
Zimcare Limited is also investing in Properties and Real Estate development for ownership and long-term lease. Zimcare primary products are container canteens, self-contain homes and standalone houses. Zimcare is now partnering with Niiella Enterprise for the commercial property development at Motukea, in Port Moresby, NCD, PNG. ZL has also invested in building residential homes in West New Britain Province as well office complex and residential property in Malaysia.
International Business Services
Zimcare international business ventures are operated as "Zimcare International" in other countries outside of Papua New Guinea. The main region Zimcare International is expanding to is Malaysia in the Southeast Asia region. In Malaysia, Zimcare International is operated as part of Manhveer Group SDN BHD. The primary focus of Zimcare International at the moment is to serve Zimcare International partners and agents business interests. Zimcare International business partners and agents are NGI Fuel Suppliers and Distributors of Malayia (as its fuel tank agents in PNG), Manhveer Group SDN BHD (as a investor in the group of business venture within the South East Asia region), Global Smart Technology (GST) India (as the broker into PNG and Pacific business markets).
Clothing Services
Our clothing services focuses on procuring wholesale of clothing products from our Zimcare International base in Malaysia to clients in Papua New Guinea. This business also covers our investment into importation of bales of secondhand clothing for retail and wholesale distributors of the secondhand and also new brand of clothing products from across the Asian region and other regions in the world.
Capital Markets & Financial Services
Capital Markets & Financial Services is our newest subsidiary product and services, which is aim at providing support and technical assistance in raising financial capital from the Capital Markets of Papua New Guinea. We (Zimcare) seek to work effectively with our current client - The Securities Commission of Papua New Guinea to provide alternate capital financing from the Capital Markets to prospective clients, particularly SMEs in PNG. Through this relationship we are seeking to attract Foreign Direct Investments from our partners within Malaysia, India and United Arabs Emirates.
