OHE – TVETSSP Scholarship Program (Review, Redesign and Implementation)
Project Description:
Zimcare Limited (ZL) was actively involved in reviewing and drafting the TVETSSP manual and all its information and programs. ZL got engaged on the project though ManTech Management Consultancy Firm. ManTech was engaged by OHE to oversee the implementation of TVETSSP.
ZL was further involved in screening and shortlisting apart from conducting the orientation and debriefing sessions for the awardees prior to their departure to the respective TAFE colleges in Australia.

Brief on Key Tasks:

Reviewed TVETSSP Management Handbook, Policies, Officers Duty Statements, develop scholarship guide, coordinated stakeholders' participation in debriefings and general HR - job placements.

Conduct debriefing for TVETSSP shortlisted and scholarship holders prior to travelling to Travelling to Cairns and Townville respectively to attend Tropical North Queensland TAFE and Great Barrier Reef TAFE respectively.

Completed review of the TVETSSP Management Handbook. HR Policies along with all entrusted duties.
