Project Description:
National Roads Authority (NRA) project covers both the HR and Development areas of our consultancy services. The project began with HR Audit that led to further realization of policy gaps and organizational best practice needs.​
Zimcare Ltd started off with the organization including the HR Manual. Zimcare was also tasked with producing NRA’s 2013 Annual Report apart from the Job Description and the Duty statement booklet of the organization.​
Moreover, Zimcare also ensure that all HR system and processes are in place, hence integrated standard operating procedures and all micro policies being created throughout the exercise.
