Zimcare Limited under an extension to its existing Human Resources Restructure and Recruitment Service contract with the Department of Commerce and Industry (DCI) recently developed and customized 10 in-house administrative policies, which were launched alongside the department's Corporate Plan 2024 - 2027 and the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Sub-Sector Economic Development Plan 2024 - 2027.
The 10 policies are: Vehicle Policy, Housing Policy, ICT Policy, CUG Policy, Occupation Health & Safety Policy, Recruitment, Retention & Retrenchment Policy, Whistle Blower Policy, Procurement Policy, Staff Performance Management & Reward Policy, and Staff Development & Training Policy.
These in-house administrative policies are an expansion of General Orders business process that seek to guide officers in their respective conduct, beside administration of business process within the Department. Most importantly, these policies guide the management decisions around management of human resources and administration of best practices within the department.
Apart from DCI, Zimcare is also working on developing the same, but customized policies for its other clients; Securities Commission of Papua New Guinea, the Department of International Trade & Investment and PNG Sports Foundation. Zimcare also welcome any other clients or entities, both from the public and private sectors who wishes to enhance their management best practices by integrating policies and procedures as systems to guide their operation to expression your interest appropriately through completion of the service request form or emailing our team directly.
